Providing participants with the intellectual and practical skills that govern the processing and recording of financial statements in the accounting books, providing them with the skills of analyzing and interpreting financial statements, and strengthening their abilities to extrapolate the ratios and accounting indicators in support of administrative decisions.
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Enable participants to realistically view the facility’s financial position
- Enabling participants to make decisions that have an effective impact on all activities of a financial nature, such as debt, profitability, liquidity, and inventory on the one hand, and to obtain appropriate facilities at the right time without the establishment incurring high borrowing expenses and without being forced to liquidate its assets
- Activating the participation of participants in how to read accounting information and data and make financial decisions.
- Forming working groups to implement the use of indicators and analyze financial ratios.
